- Hand-over of tenancy and monies to the landlord.
The cost of the tenant find only service is £297 + VAT per tenant.
We provide this service for both single-let and multi-let properties.
Full Property Management Service
We offer a comprehensive full property management service including:
- Targeted marketing of your property
- Vetting of responses to marketing
- Accompanied viewings with potential tenants
- Selection of most suitable tenants
- Comprehensive referencing of potential tenants
- Provision of assured short-hold tenancy agreement
- Collection of bond and rent to a date that suits you and can be set up in line with your mortgage payments
- Placing of bond in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme
- Completion of standing order form to a date that suits you
- Tenant move in
- Provision of inventory
- Rent payment credit control
- Tenant move outs
- Inventory check on tenant move out
- Utility readings given to providers on each change of tenant
- Return of bond less any deductions to tenant
- Organisation and management of any maintenance work
The cost of the full property management service is 10% + VAT of gross rent per month
