Julie Boddy bought her first investment property in May 2007 and in her first year of investing bought 24 properties with a market value of £3m. Her portfolio includes a wide range of different types of properties including apartments, detached, semi-detached and terraced houses some of which are new-build and some older properties. She has considerable experience in finding tenants and managing her own properties and those of clients.
She is a top performing graduate of Simon Zutshi’s Property Mastermind Programme and has been helping investors build their Property Portfolios since early 2008 by sourcing Below Market Value Properties and providing a complete landlord support service.
Julie has been interviewed by the Daily Telegraph Property Club and has featured in Simon Zutshi’s best-selling book – Property Magic. She has also presented at various seminars including Property Magic Live and Women’s Entrepreneur Day.
